AI Persona Forge provides AI-generated persona artifacts for creative and operational support.

These terms explain how you may use APF, what you can expect from AI-generated artifacts, and how paid access, recovery, and fulfillment links work.

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

Use of the Service

APF is intended for creative, reflective, productivity, and operational support use. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, abusive, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive purposes.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

AI-Generated Artifacts

Persona artifacts may contain errors, omissions, or imperfect recommendations. They are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical judgment.

Paid purchases unlock generation and refinement access. They do not guarantee a business outcome or any specific result.

Payments and Access

Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. APF does not store full payment card numbers.

Recovery and fulfillment links may contain secure tokens. You are responsible for protecting those links and any corresponding account or browser state.

Advanced Deployments

For business, commercial, or operational deployments, advanced personas may be extended through Ulantra and governed through IntelligenceBridgeOS (IBOS).

Limitations and Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, APF is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service where such limitation is legally permitted.
