Completed AI-generated persona work is generally non-refundable once generation begins.

This policy is meant to be simple and clear for launch. It covers digital AI-generated artifacts and the paid generation workflow.

General Rule

Because APF provides digital AI-generated artifacts, completed paid generations are generally non-refundable after the generation process begins.

When We Will Review a Refund

If checkout fails, you are billed twice, or the paid artifact cannot be generated because of a system error, contact support within 7 days and we will review the order.

  • Checkout failed after payment processing
  • Duplicate billing occurred
  • The paid artifact could not be generated because of a system error

What Is Not Guaranteed

Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction with the creative direction once a persona has been generated. In appropriate cases, we may offer reasonable correction or refinement support instead of a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Include your order or public ID, the checkout email, and a brief description of the issue when you contact support.
