APF collects only what it needs to generate artifacts, process checkout, recover work, and prevent abuse.

We collect only the information required to generate persona artifacts, process secure checkout, recover saved workspaces, and protect the platform from abuse.

We do not sell persona data, reflection responses, generated artifacts, or paid persona outputs.

Information You Provide

Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect:

Persona prompts and reflection responses
Persona notes, refinement instructions, and seed content
Uploaded content or supporting inputs
Email addresses used for recovery, fulfillment, or support
Marketplace selections and refinement preferences

Payments, Providers, and Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. APF does not store full payment card numbers.

Persona inputs, reflection responses, seed artifacts, and refinement instructions may be sent to IntelligenceBridgeOS (IBOS) and supported AI providers to generate, refine, and fulfill persona artifacts.

AI-generated personas may be incomplete or make mistakes. Human review remains required.

We use email delivery services to send seed recovery links, payment confirmation messages, and fulfillment or resume links.

Technical and Operational Information

We may also collect limited operational data such as:

Session and recovery state
Fulfillment access tokens
Security verification results
Basic request and device metadata
Error and operational telemetry

This information is used only to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

How Information Is Used

Information collected through APF and Ulantra may be used to:

Generate persona artifacts and related outputs
Recover saved sessions and paid workspaces
Deliver purchased refinement flows
Maintain checkout continuity
Prevent spam, abuse, and automated attacks

We use only the minimum amount of operational data required to support these functions.

What We Do Not Do

Sell persona or reflection data
Use persona outputs for advertising profiles
Share generated artifacts for third-party marketing
Build behavioral advertising profiles from your responses
Treat personal reflections as ad-targeting signals

APF is designed around minimal tracking and operational necessity rather than advertising-driven engagement systems.

Security and Abuse Prevention

To help protect the platform and users, APF uses security and abuse-prevention systems including:

Bot and spam protection
Request validation
Rate limiting
Session verification
Operational monitoring

These systems are considered essential to platform operation and remain active even when optional cookies are rejected.

Optional Analytics

Optional analytics may be used to understand platform usage, improve reliability, and identify where users encounter friction. Optional analytics remain disabled unless accepted through cookie preferences.

When enabled, analytics are limited to product usage signals such as page views, flow progress, button interactions, and completion states.

APF does not use optional analytics to collect full reflection responses, persona prompts, generated seed files, paid persona.md artifacts, recovery tokens, fulfillment tokens, payment card details, or similar sensitive payloads.

Essential consent, recovery, continuity, and workspace-restoration systems remain active because they are required for the platform to operate safely and reliably.

Retention and Contact

We retain operational and fulfillment data only as long as reasonably necessary to maintain platform continuity, support paid fulfillment, recover active sessions, diagnose issues, and meet basic legal or financial obligations.
